Self defense tehcniquies are based on your natural instinctive body movement.  This makes them extremley effective and very easy to learn.

Developed in Israel, Krav Maga translates to “contact combat".  It is the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).  It is also used by various law enforcement agencies, including the F.B.I throughout the United States.

Classes focus on a few main principles:

Hwang’s Martial Arts is the only school in South Florida with multiple Black Belts instructors & is the only official Krav Maga Alliance (KMA) affiliated school. 

KMA is a world wide organization comprised of high-level certified schools dedicated to constantly improving teaching and training.  Founded by John Whitman, one of the leading Krav Maga practitioners in the United States. 

We have beginner level classes designed specifically for new students.  We are the only school with classes designed for all skill levels from beginner, intermediate, and advanced level classes. 

We are located in Palm Beach Gardens to conveniently serve Jupiter and West Palm Beach.
